3. Abstract Publication
- By submitting an abstract, authors consent to publication of their name, affiliation, and abstract in the Book of Abstracts.
- Authors retain copyright. A non-exclusive licence is granted to us for online publication.
- Abstracts are permanently archived as part of the academic record and cannot be withdrawn once published.
- No royalties or payments are due for publication.
4. Sharing of Data
We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited data may be shared with:
- Payment providers (e.g. PayPal, banks) to process transactions.
- Conference partners or venues where necessary for event organisation.
- IT service providers supporting our systems, under confidentiality agreements.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
We process data under GDPR bases of:
- Contract: to provide registration and participation services.
- Consent: for newsletter subscriptions and abstract publication.
- Legal obligation: invoicing, tax compliance.

- Abstracts remain permanently published online as part of the academic record.
