Abstract Submissions, Registration, and Payment

Each submitted paper requires its own registration and payment, regardless of the number of authors.

Discounted rates apply per registrant, not per paper.

Abstracts must be limited to one page (maximum 500 words) and should highlight the significance, innovation, approach, and usefulness of the research. Submissions can be made through the official portal before the specified deadline.

Registration grants access to:

  • All onsite or online conference sessions.
  • Publication of accepted papers in the Proceedings Series.
  • Coffee break buffets during the event.

Fees vary by participant type:

To be eligible for the member registration fee, you must have previously participated in any ExLing conference as an author or presenter.

Member rate is available only to those who have previously presented at an ExLing or International Linguistic Society conference.

Proof of eligibility (e.g. student ID, membership record) is required for all discounted rates.

Papers not properly registered or paid for will not be included in the programme or published in the proceedings.

Yes, online participants have full access to live-streamed keynote sessions, oral presentations, and conference materials.

Cancellations made at least 15 days before the event are refundable, minus a €50 administrative fee. Cancellations within 15 days of the event are non-refundable. Incorrect or late registrations are also subject to a €50 administrative fee.

Payments can be made online through the secure payment gateway on the conference website.
