Abstract Submissions, Registration, and Payment

Abstracts must be limited to one page (maximum 500 words) and should highlight the significance, innovation, approach, and usefulness of the research. Submissions can be made through the official portal before the specified deadline.

Registration grants access to:

  • All onsite or online conference sessions.
  • Publication of accepted papers in the Proceedings Series.
  • Coffee break buffets during the event.

Fees vary by participant type:

Reduced rates apply ONLY to single-author submissions from members, students, and retirees.
Multi-author submissions are charged a standard fee of €450.

Yes, each paper requires its own registration and payment, regardless of the participant type.

Incorrect payments or failure to register on time may result in the exclusion of your paper from the conference programme.

Yes, online participants have full access to live-streamed keynote sessions, oral presentations, and conference materials.

Cancellations made at least 15 days before the event are refundable, minus a €50 administrative fee. Cancellations within 15 days of the event are non-refundable. Incorrect or late registrations are also subject to a €50 administrative fee.

Papers not properly registered or paid for will not be included in the programme or published in the proceedings.

Payments can be made online through the secure payment gateway on the conference website.
