Registration
- Each submitted paper requires its own registration and payment.
- All attending authors must register individually.
- The same fees apply for onsite and online participation.
- Discounted rates apply per registrant, not per paper.
Eligibility
- Member rates apply only to authors who have previously presented at an ExLing or International Linguistic Society conference.
- All discounted registrations require valid proof of eligibility (student ID, membership record, or retirement status).
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 15 days before the conference: Refundable, minus a €50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations within 15 days: Not eligible for refunds.
- Late or incorrect registrations: Subject to a €50 administrative fee.
- Registration fees for papers included in the programme are non-refundable.
- Substitutions may be made at no extra cost.
Liability
- The International Linguistic Society accepts no responsibility for travel, accommodation, or other costs.
- Programme details may change without notice.
