Linguistics 2025 Paris brought together researchers from around the world to showcase pioneering work across core, interdisciplinary, and applied linguistics, including emerging AI applications that advance knowledge and enhance communication. The conference was hosted at the Maison de la recherche, INALCO, a historic centre of excellence in the heart of Paris, reflecting our shared commitment to linguistic diversity and international collaboration.
The programme featured keynote lectures from:
- Ad Neeleman – Noun Phrase Order: Grammar, Parser and Typological Frequency
- Greville G. Corbett– Unpacking nominal classification: a new perspective on gender and classifiers
